Sat., Nov. 3-Trout Pond Surprise. 10AM-Noon. Meet at Trout Pond parking lot on Noyac Road (across from Mill Road). 4 miles, some hills. Tony Garro, 631-725-5861.

Sun., Nov. 4-Sag Swamp/Poxabogue. 10AM-Noon. Meet at Poxabogue County Park parking lot on Old Farm Road, Sagaponack. 3 mile hike with a split personality. Sue Bieger, 631-283-1548.

Sat., Nov. 10-Laurel Valley. 10AM-Noon. Catch the last of the fall colors in this beautiful county preserve. 4 miles, some hills. Meet at the kiosk on Deerfield Road in Noyac. Glorian Berk, 631-283-2638.

Sun., Nov. 11-Elliston Park. 10AM-Noon. Meet at Elliston Park parking lot on Millstone Brook Road, Southampton. 4-5 miles, some hills. Woods, ponds and meadows. Howard Reisman, 631-283-5376.

Sat., Nov. 17-Red Creek Park. 10AM-Noon. Meet at the parking on Old Riverhead Road, Hampton Bays. 4 miles, some hills: views of Penny Pond and the last of the fall colors. Claude Debeaumon, 631-728-8667.

Sun., Nov. 18-Barrel Hill Adventure. 10AM-12:30PM. Hike 4-5 miles with some hills from Barrel Hill to the SYS Center. Meet on Edge of Woods Road, Southampton (where power lines cross road). Ken Bieger, 631-283-5432.

Sun., Nov. 18-Horses on Trails Ride. Time and location to be determined. BYO horse. All riders must be members of S.T.P.S./HOT. You can join day of ride. Call Barbara Bornstein, 631-537-6188.

Fri., Nov.23-Walk It Off Hike. 10AM-Noon. 5 miles briskly, to walk off the turkey and stuffing. Meet at the end of Round Pond Lane, Sag Harbor. Dai Dayton, 631-537-0660.

Sat., Nov. 24- Full Moon Prowl. 7PM-9PM. Watch the full moon rise over Bridgehampton. Meet at the end of Bridge Hill Lane (west side of Brick Kiln Road about ¼ mile north of Scuttlehole Road). Dai Dayton, 631-537-0660.

Sun., Nov.25-Long Pond Greenbelt. 10AM-Noon. Meet at Mashashimuet Park, Sag Harbor. 5 mile hike along many ponds. Bob Wolfram, 631-725-4237.
