Sat., Feb. 4-Sarnoff Red Loop. 10AM-1:30PM.

Hike this Pine Barren's Trail to scenic Wildwood Lake. 8 miles at a moderate pace. Bring water and snacks.

Meet at the Preserve parking lot on the west side of County Road 104 in Riverhead, 2 miles south of the Riverhead Circle.

Sun., Feb. 5 -Crooked Pond Walkabout. 10AM-12:30PM.

Brisk 5-mile circumnavigation of this unusual pond.

Meet at Mashashimuet Park car lot in Sag Harbor.

Sat., Feb. 11- Northwest Adventure. 10:30AM-12:30PM.

Hike through a beautiful pine forest past Chatfields Hole.

Meet on Rte 114 at Edwards Hole Road (8/10 of a mile past Swamp Road).

 Sun., Feb. 12-Mashomack Ramble. 9:30AM-Noon.

Hike a brisk 6-mile loop through this beautiful preserve.

Meet at the North Haven/Shelter Ferry. $5.00 for ferry and preserve donation.

Tues., Feb. 14-Valentine Surprise. 1PM-2:30PM.

Forget the flowers, nix the candy, take a hike its much more dandy.

Meet at Val Schaffner House driveway on Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor Tpk. (100 yards north of Scuttlehole Road intersection on the east side). 3 easy miles.

Sat., Feb. 18-Mulvilhill Loop Snowball Walk. 10AM-Noon.

Meet at Sag Harbor Industries on Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor Tpk. in Sag Harbor. Moderate 4-mile hike through this mystical swamp.

Sun., Feb. 19-Presidents Day Greenbelt Hike.10AM-12:30PM.

Meet at Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor. Moderately paced hike with spectacular pond views.

Sat., Feb. 25-Trout Pond Surprise. 10AM-Noon.

Meet at Trout Pond parking lot on Noyac Road, Noyac (across from Mill Road). Moderate hike around the pond and into the beyond. Leader: Tony Garro, 631-725-5861.

Sun., Feb. 26-Flanders Loop Trail. 10AM-Noon.

Moderate 4-5 mile hike with numerous water views, a waterfall and several ponds.

Meet on Red Creek Road in Hampton Bays, 100 yards from Rte. 24.

Sun., Feb. 26-Long Pond Greenbelt Horseback Ride. 10AM-Noon. Limit 6 riders.

Meet on Narrow Lane, south of Haines Path, in Bridgehampton.
