Thurs., June 2- STPS Monthly Meeting. 7PM-9PM.
Our next meeting will be in the lower conference room of Southampton Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton.

Sat., June 4- Mashomack Preserve.
10AM-1PM  Meet at the North Haven/Shelter Island Ferry. Moderate 6-mile hike through this beautiful preserve. Requires a preserve donation and ferry fare.

Sun., June 5-National Trails Day Celebration.
10AM-1:00PM. Paumanok Path North. Discover a new section of the Paumanok Path. Join us for some light refreshment after the hike. 5 miles, some hills, moderate pace. Meet at SYS center on Majors Path, Southampton.

Sat., June 11-Literary Walking Tour of Sag Harbor.
10AM-12:30PM.  Meet at the windmill on Long Wharf. Take a tour through Sag Harbor’s literary past, from Ahab to Queequeg with a stop at Hannibal Lecters.                Leader: Tony Garro 631-725-5861.

Sun., June 12-Laurel Valley Excursion.
9AM-11AM.  Meet at the kiosk on Deerfield Road in Noyac across from Deerwood Path. Moderate 3-mile hike through wooded knolls and laurel filled ravines. Hilly.       Leader: Sue Bieger, 631-283-1548.

Sat., June 18-Great Swamp History Tour.
9:30AM-11:30AM. Explore the natural and un-natural history of this unique land. 3 miles, easy pace, some hills.  Meet at the intersection of Brick Kiln Road and Highview Drive. Sag Harbor.

9AM-11:30AM. Meet at Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor. Moderate 5-mile hike with spectacular pond views in a unique geological setting.
