Sat., July 3- Whiskey Hill
Workout. 8AM-9:00AM. Meet at intersection of Millstone Road and Lopers Path
East, Bridgehampton. Fast-paced 11/2 mile hike with ocean views from top of
moraine and two kettlehole ponds and an enormous glacial erratic along the way.
Hilly terrain.

Sun., July 4-Barcelona Neck
Excursion. 9AM-11:30PM. Meet at Sag Harbor Golf Club parking lot on Barcelona
Point Road off of Route 114, Sag Harbor. Moderately brisk 4-5 mile hike with
views of Sag Harbor Bay, Northwest Creek and Harbor, Cedar Point Park, and
Mashomack Preserve.

Sat., July 10-Alien Watch II. 9AM-11:30PM. Meet at Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor for an easy, informative hike in the Long Pond Greenbelt to search out invasive plants. Join The Nature Conservancy and The South Hampton Trails Preservation Society for their second eastern Long Island Weed Sweep of the year! No experience neccessary. You will be trained to spot such pernicious invaders as Japanese Barberry, Kudzu, Black Swallowort, Mile-a-Minute vine, and others. Weed Sweeps make for a beautiful Saturday morning hike!

Sun., July 11-Trout Pond Surprise–9AM-11:30AM. Meet at Trout Pond parking lot on Noyac Road across from Mill Road for a moderately paced hike to the unknown.

Sat.,July 17-Laurel Valley/ Morton National Wildlife Hike. 10AM-1:30PM. Meet at the kiosk located on Deerfield Road in Noyac across from Deerwood Path
(North Side Hills). Moderately-paced hike through wooded knolls and laurel-filled ravines. Hilly terrain. Followed by an optional visit to nearby
Morton NWR.

Greenbelt Ramble. 9AM –11:00AM. Meet at Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor.
Moderately-paced hike with spectacular views of Long Pond, Little Long Pond, and
Crooked Pond.

Sat., July 19-Narrow Lane Cleanup. 8AM-9AM. Volunteer to cleanup the litter from our adopted road. Meet on Narrow Lane, and east corner of Bridgehampton Turnpike. Bring gloves.

/Clam Island Perambulation. 10AM-11:30AM. Meet at Trout Pond parking lot on
Noyac Road across from Mill Road for an easy, moderately paced 3-4 mile hike
around historic Trout pond and Clam Island County Park with views of Morton
Wildlife Refuge.

Sat.,July 24-Long Pond Greenbelt Horseback Ride. 10AM-Noon. BYO Horse. Meet on Narrow Lane, south of Haines Path in Bridgehampton. Leisurely ride with views of Long Pond, Little Long Pond, and Crooked Pond. Limit 6. Leader: Dai Dayton, 631-537-0660.

Trek. 10AM-Noon. Meet at the Park entrance on Millstone Brook Road in
Southampton for a moderately paced hike with views of Wolf Swamp and Big Fresh
Pond.

Sat.,July 31- Mulvihill
Preserve & The Great Swamp Traverse. 9:30AM-11:30AM. Meet on Brick Kiln Road
across from Bridge Hill Lane, 3/10 mile north of Scuttlehole Road,
Bridgehampton. Explore our newest trail. Unique and varied terrain with ponds
and streams. Moderately paced 4-5 mile hike.
