Sat., Jan.3 -Vineyard Fields Reclamation Project. 9AM-Noon.

Meet at the South Fork Natural History Museum and Nature Center (SOFO), 377 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike (1/10 mile north of RR tracks).  Bring water and heavy gloves.

Sat., Jan.3–Poxabogue to Long Pond Trek. 10AM-12:30PM.

Meet at the entrance of Poxabogue County Park on Old Farm Road in Bridgehampton just south of the RR trestle. Moderately paced 4-mile hike in oak forest and grasslands with views of ponds.

Sun., Jan.4–Whiskey Hill Loop. 10AM-11:00AM.

Meet at intersection of Millstone Road and Lopers Path East, Bridgehampton. Moderately paced 1.5-mile hike with ocean views from top of moraine and two kettlehole ponds and an enormous glacial erratic along the way.

Sat., Jan.10-Laurel Valley and Beyond.  11AM-2PM.

Meet at the kiosk located on Deerfield Road in Noyac across from Deerwood Path (North Side Hills). Fast-paced hike through wooded knolls and laurel-filled ravines. Hilly terrain.

Sun., Jan.11-Montauk Seal Haul Out Hike. 1PM-2:30PM.

Meet at Camp Hero Road, a right turn off Route 27, about a mile east of Deep Hollow Ranch in Montauk. Moderately paced hike through Maritime Forest. Bring your binoculars to look at the seals sunning themselves on the rocks.

Sat., Jan.17- Paumanok Path to Whiskey Hill Trek. 10AM-12:30PM.

Meet at Sag Harbor Industries on the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, south of Gingerbread Bake Shop. Fast paced 5-mile hike through oak forest with views of glacial erratics and kettleholes. Hilly terrain.

Sun., Jan.18 -Trout Pond /Clam Island Perambulation.  10AM-11:30AM.  Meet at Trout Pond parking lot on Noyac Road across from Mill Road for a moderately paced 3-4 mile hike around historic Trout pond and Clam Island County Park with views of Morton Wildlife Refuge.

Thurs., Jan.22-Fair Hills Mulvihill Preserve & The Great Swamp Contemplative Hike. 1PM-3PM. Meet on Brick Kiln Road across from Bridge Hill Lane, 3/10 mile north of Scuttlehole Road, Bridgehampton.  Explore our newest trail. Unique and varied terrain with ponds and streams. Slow, silent, leisurely contemplative 4-mile hike.

Sat., Jan. 24- Grace Estate Loop. 10AM-Noon. Meet at the schoolhouse plaque on Northwest Road, East Hampton, 3/10 mile from intersection with Alewife Road for a brisk 5-mile hike with bay views.

Sat., Jan.24-Narrow Lane Cleanup. 8AM-9AM. Volunteers need to help clean up the litter from our adopted road.  Meet on Narrow Lane, east side of Bridgehampton Turnpike. Bring gloves.

Sun.Jan.25–Mashashimuet to Poxabogue. 10AM-12:30PM.  Meet at Mashashimuet

Park in Sag Harbor. Moderately paced 5-mile hike through oak pine forest and grasslands with spectacular views of ponds.

Sat., Jan.31-Elliston Park Ramble. 10AM-Noon. Meet at the Park entrance on Millstone Brook Road in Southampton for a moderately paced 4-mile hike with views of Wolf Swamp and Big Fresh Pond.
