Sat., July 5- Long Pond Greenbelt South. 8:30AM-10:30AM.

Meet at the South Fork Natural History Society (SOFO) Museum parking lot on Bridgehampton Turnpike 200 yards north of the RR tracks. Fast paced 5-mile hike thru
grasslands & oak forest with views of Crooked Pond & Deer Drink.

Sun., July 6-Sears Bellows Traverse. 10AM-12:30PM. 

Meet at the park entrance on Bellows Pond Road in Hampton Bays. Moderately paced, 3-4 mile hike in oak and pitch pine forests past numerous ponds.

Thurs., July 10-Paumanok Path Hike. 10AM-12:30PM. 

Meet at parking lot in Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor.  Hike westward through mildly rolling terrain with glacial erratics and ocean views from top of moraine.

Moderately paced 4-5 mile hike.

Sat., July 12-Laurel Valley Excursion. 10:00AM-Noon.

Meet at the kiosk located on Deerfield Road in Noyac across from Deerwood Path (North Side Hills). Moderately paced 3-4 mile hike through wooded knolls and laurel-filled ravines. Hilly terrain.

Sun., July 13-Long Pond Greenbelt North. 9AM –11:30AM.

Meet at Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor. Moderately paced 3-4 mile hike with spectacular views of Ligonee Creek, Long Pond, Little Long Pond, and Crooked Pond.

Thurs., July 16-Big Woods to Great Hill Traverse. 10AM-2PM.

Meet at the parking lot in Big Woods near the corner of Scott and Millstone Roads.  See

Big Fresh Pond, Wolf Swamp, farm & forest. Brisk 8-mile hike on the Paumanok

Path. Bring lunch & water.

Help us pick up the litter from our adopted road.  Meet on Narrow Lane, east side of Bridgehampton Tpke. Bring gloves.

Meet at Trout Pond parking lot on Noyac Road across from Mill Road for a moderately paced 3-4 mile hike around historic Trout Pond and Clam Island County Park with views of Morton Wildlife Refuge.

Meet at the park entrance on Millstone Brook Road in Southampton for a moderately paced hike with views of Wolf Swamp and Big Fresh Pond.

Sun., July 27- Whiskey Hill Loop. 9AM-10:00AM.

Meet at intersection of Millstone Road and Lopers Path, Bridgehampton. Moderately-paced 11/2 mile hike with ocean views from top of moraine with two kettlehole ponds and an enormous glacial erratic along the way.
