Saturday, October 5 - Long Pond Greenbelt Historical Hike. 10:30-12:30.

Meet at end of Round Pond Lane in Sag Harbor. Moderately paced hike with views of various ponds. Learn both natural and manmade history of the greenbelt from riverbed to railroad bed. This hike is held in conjunction with Friends of the Long Pond Greenbelt - Celebration of the Long Pond Greenbelt.

Sunday, October 6 - Laurel Valley County Park Trek. Noon -1:30PM.

Meet at the kiosk located on Deerfield Road in Noyac across from Deerwood Path (North Side Hills). Fast-paced hike through wooded knolls and laurel-filled ravines. Hilly terrain.

Saturday, October 12 - Trout Pond / Clam Island Perambulation.  10AM-11:30 A.M. 

Meet at Trout Pond parking lot on Noyac Road across from Mill Road for an easy, moderately paced 3-4 mile hike around historic Trout pond and Clam Island County Park with views of Morton Wildlife Refuge.

Meet at Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor. Moderately paced 5-mile hike with spectacular views of Long Pond, Little Long Pond, and Crooked Pond.

Meet at Spinney Road and Route 24 in Hampton Bays. Leisurely paced, 4-mile hike through oak & pitch pine forest.

Saturday, October 26 - Barcelona Neck Excursion.  10AM-12:30 P.M.

Meet at Sag Harbor Golf Club parking lot on Barcelona Point Road off of Route 114, Sag Harbor. Moderately brisk 4-5 mile hike with views of Sag Harbor Bay, Northwest Creek and Harbor, Cedar Point Park, and Mashomack Preserve.
