Sun.,Dec.1-Three Pond Greenbelt Hike. 10AM –12:30PM.

Meet at Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor. Moderately paced 5-mile hike with spectacular views of Long Pond, Little Long Pond, and Crooked Pond.

Sat.,Dec.7-Tuckahoe Hill Traverse. 10AM-Noon.

Meet at the Tuckahoe School parking lot on Sebonac Road, Southampton. Fast paced 4-5 mile hike with fantastic views of Peconic Bay and Big Fresh Pond.

Sun.,Dec.8-Whiskey Hill Stroll. 10AM-11AM.

Meet at intersection of Millstone Road and Lopers Path, Bridgehampton.  Leisurely-paced 1 1/2 mile hike with ocean views from top of moraine, two kettlehole ponds and an enormous glacial erratic along the way.

Sat.,Dec.14-Cedar Point Park Excursion. Noon-2PM.

Meet at Park entrance check-in station on Cedar Point Road off Alewive Brook Road, East Hampton. Moderately paced 4-5 mile hike to scenic bluffs with views of Gardener’s bay, Gardiner’s Island, Plum Island, Connecticut and beyond. Dress warmly and bring water and a snack. Optional hike to the lighthouse, weather permitting.

Sun.Dec.15-Long Pond Greenbelt Walk. 10AM-Noon.

Meet on Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike across from Scuttlehole Road in Bridgehampton.  Moderately paced 5-mile hike along an abandoned railroad with pond views.

Sat. Dec.21-Laurel Valley County Park Trek. Noon –1:30PM.

Meet at the kiosk located on Deerfield Road in Noyac across from Deerwood Path (North Side Hills). Moderately paced 4-5 mile hike through wooded knolls and laurel-filled ravines. Hilly terrain. Dress warmly.

Sat.,Dec.21-Narrow Lane Cleanup. 8:30AM-9:30AM. Help pick up the litter from our adopted road.  Meet on Narrow Lane, approx. ¼ mile east of Bridgehampton Turnpike. Bring gloves.


Sun., Dec.22-Sears Bellows and Munns County Park Perambulation. 10AM-2:30PM.

Meet at Spinney Road and Route 24 in Hampton Bays. Fast-paced 7-8 mile hike with pond and wetland views. Bring water and snack.

Sat., Dec.28-Paumanok Path Passage. 9:00AM-11:30.

Meet at Sag Harbor Industries on the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, south of Gingerbread Bake Shop. Brisk 5-6 mile hike through oak forest with views of glacial erratics and kettleholes. Dress warmly.

Sun.,Dec.29-Northwest Path Ramble. 9AM-11:30AM.

Meet at intersection of Merchants Path and Wainscott Harbor Road in Bridgehampton. Brisk 5-6 mile hike.  Several hilly loops through oak forest to toyland and whale rock. Bring water.
