Saturday, February 3 – Sagg Swamp and Poxabogue Pond.  9AM-11AM. Meet at the entrance to Poxabogue County Park on Old Farm Road in Bridgehampton.  Easy 6-7 mile hike to The Nature Conservancy’s beautiful Sagg Swamp Preserve. Leader: Ken Bieger, 631-283-5432.


Sunday, February 4 – Laurel Valley County Park.  9AM-11AM. Meet at the kiosk on Deerfield Road across from Deer Run Road.  Hilly 3-4 miles with beautiful views of Robins Island and Peconic Bay.  Leader: Dai Dayton, 631-537-0660.


Sunday, February 11 – Northwest Path.  10AM-Noon. Meet at Wainscott Harbor Road and Merchants Path, Bridgehampton for a moderate 3-4 mile hike through mountain laurel and oak forest. Leader: Dai Dayton, 631-537-0660.


Saturday, February 17 – Cranberry Bog Preserve. 10AM-Noon. Meet on Route 63 (Riverhead Moriches Road) across from Lakeview Drive in Riverhead. Easy 3 mile interpretive hike. See carnivorous plants. Leader: Ken Bieger, 631-283-5432.


Sunday, February 18 – Tuckahoe Woods Walk. 10AM-2PM. Meet in school parking lot at Magee Street and Sebonac Road, Southampton. Moderate 8-10 mile hike to Big Woods and Scallop and Big Fresh Ponds, Elliston Park and possibly Split Rock. Leader: Ken S., 631-654-2438.


Saturday, February 24 – Elliston Park-Scallop Pond. 10AM-Noon. Meet at entrance on Millstone Brook Road, Southampton for a 3-5 mile hike with views of Wolf Swamp, Scallop Pond, and Big Fresh Pond. Leader: Howard Reisman, 283-5376.


Sunday, February 25 - Long Pond Greenbelt.  2PM-4PM. Meet at the entrance to Poxabogue County Park on Old Farm Road in Bridgehampton for an easy 3-4 mile walk with views of Crooked Pond, Long Pond and Little Long Pond.  Leader: Dai Dayton, 631-537-0660.
