Sat., Feb.5.  10:00a.m. to Noon.  Paumanok Path.  Meet at Elliston Park entrance on Millstone Brook Road.  Directions: Follow North Sea Road to Millstone Brook Road. 

See Big Fresh Pond and hike to Great Hill.

Sun., Feb. 6.  10:00a.m. -12:30.  Laurel Valley County Park.  Meet at the kiosk on Deerfield Road opposite the entrance to North Side Hills (Deerwood Path) Hike both long and short loops.  Views of
Peconic Bay.  Hilly.  Explore a mildly rolling terrain and experience a variety of plant and animal life.  Hike Leader: Dai Dayton 537-0660.




Sat., Feb. 12.  10-Noon.  Bald Hill County Park.  Meet at the park entrance on the north side of County Road 51 just west of Speonk Riverhead Road in Speonk.  Hike the highest hill on the East End.

Sat., Feb. 19.  9:30 - 11:30.  Shinnecock Hills Grasslands - Meet at the site of the
abandoned train station at Southampton College.  Take CR39 to Tuckahoe Road traffic light, head south, then make your first right.

Sat., Feb. 26.  9:30 - 1:00.  Paumanok Path, Eastern Southampton.  Explore the newest section
of the PP from Sebonac Creek to Great Hill Road.  Call Steve Biasetti, 537-1400.

Sun., Feb. 27. 12:00 Noon-4PM. Red Maple Swamp.  Meet at the south end of Pleasure Drive. 

Take Montauk Hwy to exit 64, then take 104 north a short distance to Pleasure Dr. Head north 100 yards to “guard rail parking area”

Hike to Sears Bellows.
